Privacy Policy for DIONA

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected,
used and shared when you visit https://ca-diona.com (the "Site") or make
a purchase.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information
about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and some
of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information
about the pages you view, the products you look at, the websites or
search terms that brought you to the Site, and how you interact with it.
We refer to this as "Device Information".

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Cookies: small data files placed on your device.
`_session_id`: a unique session identifier that allows Shopify to store
information about your session.
`_shopify_visit`: anonymous data kept for 30 minutes after your last
visit (internal statistics).
`_shopify_uniq`: anonymous data expiring at midnight the following day
(counts unique visits).
`cart`: a unique identifier, valid for 2 weeks, that stores your cart
information.
`_secure_session_id`: a unique secure session identifier.
`storefront_digest`: used if the shop is password protected.

We also use log files, web beacons and pixels to analyze browsing and
improve the user experience.

When you make or attempt to make a purchase on the Site, we collect
certain information about you, including your name, billing address,
shipping address, payment details (including credit card and PayPal),
email address and phone number. We refer to this as "Order Information".

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Order Information to:

Process your orders and payments.
Arrange shipping.
Send confirmations and invoices.
Communicate with you.
Assess the risk of fraud.
Send you marketing communications where you have consented to receive
them.

We also use Device Information to improve and optimize our Site (browsing

We do not alter our data collection when we receive a Do Not Track signal

(PIPEDA), and, for residents of Quebec, under the Act respecting the
protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you
have the right to access your personal information, to request that it be
corrected, and to withdraw your consent to its use at any time. Quebec
residents also have the right to request that their personal information
be deleted and to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological
format.

Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the
laws of that jurisdiction.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your Order Information for as long as necessary, unless you ask
us to delete it.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

CHANGES

This policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in our
practices or legal requirements.
