This site is operated by DIONA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us"
and "our" refer to DIONA.

The site https://ca-diona.com (the "Site"), including all information,
tools and services available on it, is offered by DIONA to the user,
subject to your acceptance of all the terms, policies and notices set out
below.

By visiting the Site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and
policies available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the
Site (customers, visitors, suppliers, merchants and content
contributors).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Site. If you do
not accept them, you may not access the Site or use our services.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce
platform that allows us to offer you our products and services.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of

permission to allow any minors in your care to use this Site.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or breach the laws

always encrypted during transfer.

any service at any time. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

our returns policy.

We do our best to display product images and colours faithfully, but we
cannot guarantee exact reproduction across all screens.

applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you may have as
a consumer under the consumer protection legislation of your province or
territory of residence, and any provision of these Terms applies only to
the extent permitted by that legislation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIONA, its directors, employees
and partners against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining
provisions will remain in force.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in force until terminated by you or by us. We may
suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with them.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DIONA,
superseding any previous agreement.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the
federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have
jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section prevents you
from bringing proceedings in the courts of your province or territory of
residence where the law of that province or territory gives you that
right.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing an
updated version on the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page
regularly.
