All orders are processed within 24 business hours. During this time, our
team makes sure each product is carefully prepared and packed for secure
shipping.

Delivery times

Once your order has been processed, your parcel ships within 24 to 48
business hours.

* Standard shipping across Canada: 5 to 9 business days.
* Times may vary depending on your address, periods of high demand, or
  exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, carrier delays and so
  on).

Tracking and confirmation

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email
including a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on
weight, volume and shipping address. They are shown clearly before you
confirm your order.
